An update to the much-loved original Uplift, these earphones are ergonomically designed for a comfortable and natural fit. The acoustics have been re-tuned to give listeners a more balanced, cleaner and crisper sound. As with all House of Marley products, the Uplift 2 is constructed using the sustainable materials of FSC™ Certified Wood, recyclable aluminum and silicone.

We aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are shipped from trusted EU warehouses and suppliers. Delivery time depends on product availability and destination country.

Issues With Delivery

Return Period

You can return eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer rights.

• The item must include all original packaging and accessories
• Proof of purchase / order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned if opened or used (for example: personal care products, underwear, or sealed items once unsealed). Digital goods and software keys cannot be returned once delivered.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we will replace it as quickly as possible. Exchanges are processed depending on stock availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days after approval.
