Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days. In some cases (high demand products or remote regions), delivery may take a little longer.

Issues With Delivery

Return Period

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned if opened or used (for example: personal care products, underwear, or sealed items once unsealed). Digital goods and software keys cannot be returned once delivered.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we will replace it as quickly as possible. Exchanges are processed depending on stock availability.
Refunds
